SPRING EGGS TIN

This is a re-purposed tin "basket" I found and was thinking EGGS the whole time I was looking at it.  Don't ask me why, my mind is a scary thing sometimes....Anyway, I think it turned out pretty cute.  Would be great to hang from a door with some flowers inside.  Can be found in my Etsy Shop, TheSunflowerCupboard.  Please come and visit anytime!

The Wood Shop in WV

These are an original design of mine.  I just love chickens.. I used a couple of my own chickens as models to paint these after.  They measure approximately 9" long and are cut from 1/8" birch wood. 

There is a magnet on the back.  I have mine hanging on my fridge, and my grand daughter loves to play with them when she's visiting.
